These last three weeks I’ve been seeking work and working like a little bugger on the boat.
A few days paid work have come my way but I’ve relaxed a bit now as I have enough lined up so we can frewheel through till the winter.
That will allow us to “cast off” on September the 8th and take two months or so to cruise round the French Waterways until November when we’ve booked ourselves into Paris Arsenal Marina and also Cergy just in case.
At last we will be leaving Sens after what will have been 12 months, and finally getting a chance to sail!!
Wintering in Paris, as is planned, will allow me to get a 12 week contract in the Capital or even London which will then see us through till the end of 2005!
