After our night on the free mooring we spent some time cycling up the Loing canal top find a decent mooring space but as our preferred spot was taken and the others were by roads, we decided to moor on the quay for Moret Sur Loing and enjoy a day in the beautiful town we’ve been to many times before as we’re in no real rush.
The mooring here is picturesque and only ?10 per night all in, allowing us to charge our batteries and water tanks.
We took a leisurely wall around town after lunch and bought some ice creams for the walk around. Jake’s really getting into his ice creams now and has mastered crawling and holding them so he does not get crap on them cone – or so he thinks – but you can see him really trying!
He’s also taken to sharing food with you, so it’s one lick of dusty ice cream for him and a pretend lick of ice cream from me. Thanks but no thanks mate
